(Returns in general)

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase, returns are for credit only. No cash back.

(For Lost or Damaged Items)

Returns in resellable condition are for credit only. No cash back.

Design Visionaries will provide a replacement for an item damaged in shipment. You must return the damaged item to Design Visionaries before a replacement will be issued.

An item will be considered lost if it has not arrived after 30 days in the US or 45 days internationally from the date of the original shipment.
