  • We have a woodworking 3 axis CNC Router 4 x 8′ with a with a Z axis of 8 inches as well as many of the standard implied tools in a wood/prototype shop:
    • Table-saw,
    • Drill-presses
    • Routers
    • Sheet metal brake
    • Band-saws
    • Hand Tools & more..
  • Our Prototyping and Production Shop is equipped with 3 Phase 208v 200A electrical service and a rectangular square footage of 1300 ft^2 with a 16 foot clearance height.
  • We have massive back garage door for material and equipment deliveries with dimensions of 12 ft x 13 ft (width x height).

Flagship Machines

[1] The Mori Seiki MV 40

Our pride and joy is the Mori Seiki MV40 3 axis CNC machine. We now have 3 axis milling capability on a production level machine over a volumetric footprint of 31.5 in x 16.1 in x 20 in (X x Y x Z).

This work horse machine, being production level, has a 10 hp/8000 RPM spindle with rigid axis’ capable of milling hard and exotic materials such as Titanium.

[2] Tormach PCNC 1100 Series II w/ 4th Axis

The Tormach PCNC 1100 is our second CNC machine, with a 4th axis attachment, adding extra capability to our ability in small production and prototyping parts.

This machine has a volumetric footprint of 18 in x 9.5 in x 16.25 in (X x Y x Z). The spindle capability on this machine is 1.5 hp/5140 rpm.

This machine is ideally suited for aluminum, brass, copper, etc.

[3] Boss Laser Cutter/Engraver

The Boss Laser LS-1416 Gen-5 laser has a work space of 16 in x 12 in x ⅜ in (X x Y x Z) with optional pass through platforms for longer materials in the X – axis.

This machine is capable of the common laser cut materials, many up to the maximum thickness of ⅜ in with the 50 Watt CO2 laser tube.

Gases are safely handled through a filtered exhaust flue.

[4] Ultimaker 2+ FDM 3D Printer

The Ultimaker 2+ Printer has a print volume of 223 x 223 x 205 mm (X x Y x Z).

This printer is ideally suited for PLA, ABS, CPE, CPE+, PC, Nylon, and TPU 95A. This machine is useful in creating prototyped parts that are too complex to machine, or too soft to machine, such as a custom gasket.
